It is hostgator I talk about, if you follow these steps, you will be fine:

1. goto http://www.hostgator.com
2. click ’sign up
3. select ‘I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only.’
4. type in the first part of your Domain in first box in second smaller box enter the prefix – ca
5. click ‘next
6. in the coupon box – type wordpress (your first month is 1 cent.)
7.click next
8. continue through enter name address etc
9. click verify order
10. you are done

Once you recieve your emails from Hostgator, see the link below that will show you how to change your nameservers:

Hi Tommy,
I was trying to follow your advice last night. I went to namecheap and bought a domain name (.ca) Now what do I do? I know I need a web host but I don’t know how to do it. webgator seems to only be for .com, .net, .org, etc but not .ca Should I get the hosting service from namecheap? Please help. I’m a super newbie and feeling totally lost.

hi tommy–

i have a couple of questions…

1. how did you get your catagories to list like they are with the nuber of articles in each one? i would like to do that for my blog instead of having them all together.

2. i having trouble uploading my files from filezilla on to the internet.
the problem is when i look at the side for my computer, i see my product from alex, but i do not see my ebook or my websites, so i can not load them onto the internet.
do you know what the problem might be??

Thanks for your leaving a response to my comment on Dean’s blog re google analytics. I sorted now, I found a pluggin that did the job quick and easy, I will post it on my blog.

No, I’m not the Mark Austin from Canada, I’m just outside London, Uk. Now I know why markaustin.com or anything similar was impossible to get!

I see you are using the same theme as me, another John Thornhill fan?
